I just wanted to say, I'm probably moving this forum to Proboards. It's a service that imitates "advanced" systems like vBulletin and phpbb less than this one, but is much easier to work with, and I'm just more comfortable with it. The only reason this forum is on Editboards now s because I was being harassed by someone with an EB, and the only way to contact the EB team is if you own an EB! So I created a bogus one, took care of the issue, and later when I decided to make this forum I just figured, heck, I've already got this EB I may as well use it. But it's a major pain and I hate it and I'd rather move to Proboards. I've run two forums on PB already and I just...like it. Avatars can only be 100x100, and there's no way to set it so that you get an email if someone PMs you or replies to a post, but it's not as if there's a lot of people posting on here, you know? And with PB I can set multiple skins so people can choose the theme they want. Also we could have a chatroom if people wanted it.

Anyways, just fyi.

I decided to go with phpbb, since I definately have the space (and hopefully bandwidth!) right on www.theneitherworld.com, and seeing as I have a vBulletin on fosters-home.com, which runs on an identical server, I definately have the sql and php abilities. Phpbb is popular and has lots of functions, I'm not sure its as slick as vBulletin (and I hear it isn't quite as easy to configure/customise) but it should be more than adequate at least until such mythical time as we actually get hundreds of members, lol. Anyways technically we're already using phpbb, its just hosted on editboards and not on theneitherworld.com. If I *can* host it myself I may as well.

So I'm working on installing the software now. Y'all can go ahead and keep posting as you wish here, I will transfer the posts later.
